Set Square were instructed by East Staffordshire Borough Council to visually inspect the building fabric and services of six leisure facilities for the purposes of identifying the likely capital replacement works required over a period of ten years.

The condition surveys were undertaken as part of a pre-procurement exercise to establish affordability and to provide companies bidding to operate the leisure facilities with consistent and reliable information on which to prepare their tenders.
