Condition surveys were prepared for Castle, Radcliffe and Ramsbottom Leisure Centres.
The condition surveys were undertaken to give the council a detailed understanding of the condition of their assets to inform their facilities strategy, option appraisal and business case plans as the council reviews its current leisure provision in Bury.
Added Value:
- Set Square provided a 20 year costed forward works plan detailing repairs and life cycle replacements for the building fabric and mechanical and electrical installations for all three facilities.
- Our reports included evaluation the effects of the pool side environments on the concrete and reinforcement in the structures.
