The Client developed a mixed use scheme comprising 416 residential units, 11,500sqm of commercial floor space and basement at Wandsworth Business Village.

Set Square were appointed as Party Wall Surveyor and advised on the Party Wall etc Act 1996 in respect of the Development, liaising with the Lead Consultant as necessary. Set Square also:

  • Determined the precise boundary locations and the ownership of boundary walls
  • Determined how many adjoining owners and advised on service of statutory notices
  • Undertook Condition Surveys of the adjoining properties
  • Worked with the Lead Consultant in the development of the sketch scheme up to the detailed Planning Application stage

  • Party wall matters were dealt with effectively and promptly so that the clients development was not delayed and progressed to plan
