The client had a requirement for insurance re-instatement valuations in order to insure their portfolio at an appropriate premium. The portfolio was mixed use and included offices, industrial, retail and leisure premises.
Inspections were undertaken and cost assessments for demolishing and rebuilding each property provided by Set Square for 51 extensive premises across England and Wales. Individual and summary reports provided.
