Paul works extensively with both public and private sector clients, providing property-related solutions and advice to maximise the potential of property holdings. Paul has particular experience in providing pre-acquisition advice ranging from single building purchases to large portfolio investments, dilapidations strategy and resolution, asset management and maintenance planning.
Capita Symonds (2001-2007)
As a Director, Paul was responsible for Building Surveying throughout the south of England, providing professional services to public and private sector clients. Paul’s approach placed particular value on delivering cohesive multi-discipline solutions for complex projects and framework partnerships where Paul would be the principal point of contact with the client. Paul was responsible for securing and delivering strategic frameworks with Metropolitan Police, BT, Tube Lines, Hyde Housing Association, Natural History Museum and Camden Council.
Bucknall Austin/FBA (1995-2001)
Paul was an Associate Director within the Facilities Management business, FBA, and was Commission Manager for Westminster City Council and Land Registry, delivering surveying and M & E services. Paul also lead the multi-discipline professional teams undertaking due diligence on behalf of the Government Departments for the STEPS PFI transfer.
