Matthew Vesey has over 20 years experience as a building surveyor and was elected as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1993. He has experience in the full range of building surveying activities, providing focussed advice for clients in the commercial, education and residential sectors.
His experience encompasses due diligence surveys of buildings as diverse as 30 St Mary Axe (the Gherkin) and the Kamppi retail complex in Helsinki. His project experience includes extensive work on Grade 1 and 2 Listed buildings, project management of education new build and refurbishments and project monitoring of distribution warehouse schemes in the UK and retail property in the Nordics.
In addition to survey and project work, Matthew has extensive dilapidations experience including strategic advice for both occupiers and building owners.
Matthew has also worked with managed estates such as the Bedford Estates, formulating service charge strategies and overseeing repairs and maintenance programmes.

Project management of reconstruction works to fire damaged Grade 1 Listed mixed use scheme in Guildford. Design and project management for conversion and extension of a Grade 2 Listed stable block to create a wedding and function venue, in Finchingfield, Essex. Refurbishment and conversion of Grade 1 and 2 Listed buildings, Bloomsbury.
