Paul was responsible for securing and delivering strategic frameworks with Metropolitan Police, BT, Tube Lines, Hyde Housing Association, Natural History Museum and Camden Council. |

Jonathan joined Set Square to focus on the delivery of Building Surverying-related services to public and private sector clients. He has been involved in delivering telecoms-related refurbishment projects for BT, as well as large housing refurbishment projects for Camden Council. Jonathan has a broad range of expertise including Party Wall, dilapidations and pre-acquisition survey experience. |

As Senior Building Surveyor, Jonathan was responsible for the delivery of a broad range of Building Surveying services throughout the south of England. Projects include the security upgrade project for Tube Lines, surveys for the redevelopment of Cane Hill Hospital and due diligence surveys for Barchester Care Homes/Royal Bank of Scotland.

Set Square (2007 to date)Andrew joined Set Square in 2007 from London Metropolitan University where he was Project Manager responsible for the procurement and implementation of the IT infrastructure upgrade works. Within Set Square, Andrew works with both public and private sector clients, and particularly in the delivery of IT-related construction projects for telecoms clients.

Capita Symonds (2000-2006)As Building Surveyor, Andrew delivered a number of large-value residential refurbishment projects for Camden Council, typically with values up to £1m; he was also involved in delivering a range of professional services including the development of the maintenance strategy and planning for Harrow Council’s Leisure Centres, Asda Stores, Thus plc, Land Securities and SE London PCT premises. Andrew has also extensive experience in advising on accessibility issues in respect of the Disability Discrimination Act, and has worked with Asda, Dorset CountyHospital and Capita Group. As part of Capita’s framework with Metropolitan Police, Andrew has acted as Planning Supervisor/Coordinator for a large number of projects including the Safer Neighbourhood initiative.
